My order is in FOLLOW-UP what does that mean?


If you have recently checked the status of your order and see it is in " Follow-up ", this means that one of our Order Advisors has reviewed order and they require action from you. 

Our Order Advisors will review orders for select facilities. In the event that there is any type issue with the order, the Order Advisor will move your order into " Follow-up ". You will also receive an E-mail from the Order Advisor reviewing the order (please check your spam / junk folders for the email), with information on the issue. 


Please note: Failure to respond to the Order Advisors will result in processing delays, or cancellation of your order.
