My credit card was double charged.

We do our best to ensure this doesn't occur, but there can be technical issues that may cause double charges.  If you notice your card was accidentally charged twice for the same order, please contact us  and provide the date of transaction and the last 4 digits of credit card used, and we will promptly resolve the problem.

 

Please email us at support@pelipost.com or submit a ticket and our Payment Team will have your duplicate charge refunded immediately
