If you placed an order and need to cancel it for whatever reason, you can do so in the Pelipost App. Your order can only be cancelled if it is in the PROCESSING status.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
To cancel your order, tap on the Main Menu button, then tap on ORDER HISTORY. Select the order you'd like to cancel. Tap the CANCEL ORDER button and confirm the pop up message.
*NOTE: In some cases, the system may not accept the cancellation request and may cause the app to boot you out. If this occurs, please submit a customer service request below. Remember to include your order number with this request to ensure a prompt reply.
CANCELLED ORDER REFUNDS
If you paid with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex), your credit card will automatically be refunded in 7-10 business days. You don't need to do anything further.
*If you paid with PayPal or Apple Pay, you will need to submit a ticket with your order number and our team will issue the refund manually. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been printed, you will not be able to cancel it and receive a refund.
