How can I track the status of my order?

Your order can be tracked by looking in your "Order History" on the mobile app.  There you will see your order date along with the order status. 

Here are the order statuses and definitions for your reference:


Processing- Your order has been submitted for printing and is being prepared for shipping.

Shipped- Your order has been shipped and will arrive to the facility in 3-5 business days. 

Delivered to Facility- Your order has arrived to your loved one's facility.  At this point, your order is being inspected by the correctional staff.  Please allow additional time for your loved one to get his/her photos.
